We're based in Park City, Utah, and serve the entire region including Deer Valley, Salt Lake City, and beyond.
Where does Event Team Utah operate?
While we're based in Northern Utah and primarily serve Park City and the "Wasatch Back" including Deer Valley, Heber City, Wanship and Kamas, we also serve the Greater Salt Lake City and "Wasatch Front" including Snowbird and Sundance.
Depending on the client needs we can be willing to travel outside our local market as well.

We help clients at all stages of their event, when considering a destination it's important to connect with a local knowledgeable team early to get an idea of what is possible and to confirm it matches your event objectives.
Once clients secure their lodging, we can work in earnest to source applicable options and provide pricing to support those options.
Sometimes we have clients who find that, as they approach their event dates, they would benefit from help for some or all of their program components.

As a Destination Management Company (DMC) we handle corporate events (from incentive travel to meetings), team-building activities, social celebrations, brand activations, and custom requests. If you can imagine it, we can make it happen.
Do you only serve Park City?
While Park City is our home base, we serve clients throughout Utah and can coordinate events beyond the state as well.
